These terms govern access to the Flam Shopify application and related services.

Service

Flam provides tools for generating, packaging, previewing, and publishing interactive product media. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing generated content and storefront changes before publication.

Merchant responsibilities

You must have authority to operate the connected store and rights to all submitted product assets. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Availability and changes

The service may change during the pilot. We may suspend access to protect stores, users, or infrastructure. Preview and backup important theme changes before publishing.

Fees and cancellation

Paid plans require explicit approval through Shopify. You may cancel according to the billing terms shown at approval. Shopify may process charges and refunds.
